Opportunity for Impact:
We are seeking a Part-Time ConnectNow Crisis Line Provider to provide direct services to students utilizing Mantra’s ConnectNow service, an in-the-moment crisis/emotional support line for college students. In this role you will use active listening and solution-focused approaches to collaboratively engage students seeking support with mental health concerns. In cases of high risk, you will assess the situation and recommend appropriate crisis interventions for implementation by individual students, campus staff, and community helpers.
