The role of Head Baseball Coach is a full-time role that is combined with either an administrative or teaching role on campus depending on the candidates' strengths and experiences. The Head Baseball Coach is responsible for the overall development and advancement of a competitive athletic program while demonstrating high moral and ethical standards, positive sportsmanship, and administration of a successful boys' baseball team in alignment with the mission of the school. Our baseball program, while their competitive season is in the spring, is actively training and conditioning during the entire academic year. During this time, the Head Coach should be focusing as well on building a strong team culture and team dynamic, facilitating and leading recruitment efforts, and working in partnership with key constituents to support the mission of the program and the school. While baseball is not the primary role of this position, it is a very important aspect of our school and for our boys who have chosen our school in part to be a member of our baseball program.
