The Middle School Athletic Director plays a key leadership role in the success of the TMI Episcopal athletic program.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of Middle School athletics, serving as a liaison with the Independent School Athletic League (ISAL), and coordinating athletic communications and digital presence.
The Middle School Athletic Director is a member of the Athletics Leadership Team and plays a key role in creating and implementing the athletics strategic plan.
The Middle School Athletic Director also plays a central role in developing and refining policies and procedures in alignment with TMI’s core values: Wisdom, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Reverence.
The Middle School Athletic Director acts as a key cultural ambassador, responsible for recruiting and mentoring mission-appropriate students, coaches, and staff who embrace and contribute to TMI’s culture of Cherishing, Knowing, and Challenging every member of its community.
