This is a hall staff position at Cherie Bell, a concept cafe located in Sotokanda, Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, a 3-minute walk from Suehirocho Station and 4 minutes from Akihabara Station.
The cafe has a warm and friendly atmosphere with most current staff having started with no concept cafe experience.
There are no quotas or sales targets — work is self-paced and designed to be sustainable long-term.
Performance bonuses are available in addition to the base hourly rate, and shifts are fully flexible to accommodate school or other jobs.
