This is an early morning office building cleaning role in Chiba city center, located a 5-minute walk from Chiba Station.
Duties include cleaning shared areas and offices, toilet and sink cleaning, vacuuming corridors, staircases, and 5-10 office rooms, collecting rubbish, and emptying smoking area ashtrays.
Work is a quiet, solo-paced task with no customer interaction, and the full routine can be learned within about one week.
Shifts are 4 hours in the morning from 07:00 to 11:00 with no overtime, leaving the entire afternoon free.
Daily and weekly pay are available, and no resume or in-person visit is required to register.
Shifts are submitted monthly and run 3 to 4 days per week, making it suitable for those doing double-work or working within the dependent deduction limit.
