Work at a food factory in Fuchu City (Takagi-cho area), Hiroshima, cleaning restrooms, changing rooms, stairs, and cafeteria, 6 minutes walk from Takagi Station on the JR Fukuen Line.
Morning-only 4-hour shift. Duties include wiping with rags, sweeping with brooms, and mopping. Work areas: toilets, changing rooms, stairs, and cafeteria.
Solo work after initial training (1 week OJT). No heavy items. No quotas.
Morning shift from 8:00 to 12:00 (4 hours, no break, toilet/water breaks free). No overtime. Minimum 3 days per week on shift system.
Monthly shift submissions with preferred days off. Long-term position.
Advance pay (daily) available. Monthly earnings: 52,080-91,140 yen (12-21 days).
Hair color and nails OK (within rules). Female and senior workers active. About 40 employees on site.
No experience required. Most staff started as beginners.
Transportation expenses paid. Car, motorcycle, bicycle commuting OK with free parking. Uniform provided free. Individual locker, break room with fridge/microwave. Retirement benefit system.
