Work at a residential paid elderly home in Saitama Midori-ku, providing room cleaning, resident monitoring, and daily life support, near Urawa Station.
Duties include cleaning residents' rooms, monitoring and checking on residents, responding to daily life consultations, and assisting with meals, bathing, and restroom needs.
Multiple shift options: early (7:00-16:00), day (9:00-18:00), late (11:00-20:00), and night (16:00-10:00). Minimum 2 days per week and 8 hours per day. Weekday-only OK. No overtime.
High hourly rate: 1,800-2,000 yen for certified care workers. Beginner training holders: 1,650-1,850 yen. No qualifications: from 1,500 yen (6+ months experience required).

Care qualifications required (Shonin-sha Kenshu, Jitsumu-sha Kenshu, or Kaigo Fukushi-shi). No qualifications: 6+ months facility experience required.
Daily payment available. Transportation fully covered. Car, motorcycle, and bicycle commuting OK. Raises based on tenure and performance.
