Job Description

This faculty role provides coordination and vision for the Academy's arts program, including visual art, theater, music, and dance, while serving as a faculty member within the department.

This is a 10-month faculty role with a partial teaching load and leadership responsibilities. Summer or additional responsibilities may be included for the right candidate based on experience and program needs.

Requirements

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Jr. Pre-K through 12th grade Visual and Performing Arts program.
  • Coordinate and implement arts curriculum and programming for students.
  • Develop and manage arts budgets and resources.
  • Supervise and mentor arts faculty and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate arts into the overall curriculum.
  • Recruit and engage arts faculty and staff.
  • Develop and implement arts events and performances.
