Head of Strength & Conditioning
This is a high-energy, forward-thinking strength and conditioning professional role that involves leading the design and execution of strength, speed, agility, and conditioning programs tailored to each offered sport and developmental levels.
Christ School is a nationally regarded all-boys boarding and day school for grades 8-12, located in the mountains of Western North Carolina just outside Asheville. With more than 20 varsity and sub-varsity teams competing in the NCISAA, Christ School offers a competitive athletic environment supported by strong institutional commitment and excellent facilities.
We are seeking a high-energy, forward-thinking strength and conditioning professional ready to take ownership of a full performance program. This role is ideal for a current collegiate assistant or GA who is prepared to step into a head position and build a comprehensive system from the ground up.
The Head of Strength and Conditioning provides leadership, vision, and hands-on coaching for all aspects of athletic performance training at Christ School. The Head will design and implement year-round programs for all sports, manage the school's weight room and performance spaces, and collaborate closely with coaches, athletic trainers, and administrators to support the development and safety of every student-athlete.
