Job Description:
Duty-free counter duties (passport checks, receipt verification, system data entry, etc.)
Packaging of duty-free items
Handling inquiries within the building
You may also be asked to complete surveys during downtime.
No prior knowledge of duty-free procedures is required. Numerous staff members with specialized knowledge will provide training.

Eligibility Requirements:
- Japanese: Business level
- Business level Japanese plus other languages (business level or higher) such as Chinese, Korean, English, etc.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the service industry or customer service
- Experience using foreign languages such as English/Chinese/Korean in a business setting to provide service or customer service
- Experience working with a PC
- International students/housewives/househusbands/freelancers/part-time workers/double jobs (working 1-2 days a week is negotiable depending on experience)
- Those who can work long-term
- Beginners with no knowledge of tax-free shopping are welcome
