Job Description:

• Job Title: Duty-Free Counter Staff
• Main Duties:
• Duty-free counter duties (passport checks, receipt verification, system data entry, etc.)
• Packaging of duty-free items
• Handling inquiries within the building
• You may also be asked to complete surveys during downtime.
• No prior knowledge of duty-free procedures is required. Numerous staff members with specialized knowledge will provide training.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Japanese: Business level
• Business level Japanese plus proficiency in another language (business level or higher) such as Chinese, Korean, or English
• ① Individuals who want to communicate with and provide hospitality to foreign tourists in English, Chinese, Korean, etc.
• ② Positive thinking and a willingness to take on new challenges
• ③ Ability to perform basic computer operations
• ④ Japanese N2 or higher

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in the service industry or customer service
• Experience using foreign languages such as English, Chinese, or Korean in a business setting to provide service or customer service
• Experience working with a PC
• International students/housewives/freelancers/part-time workers/double jobs (working 1-2 days a week is negotiable depending on experience)
• Ability to work long-term
• Beginners with no knowledge of tax-free shopping are welcome
• Visa support will be considered based on performance and circumstances.
