Join a leading pest control service provider, who is looking for an individual to assist with managing client emails, entering service requests into their system, and ensuring accurate, organized data handling.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming client calls and respond to customer service emails in a timely, professional manner.
  • Schedule pest control services using purchase orders, service authorization details, and client-provided information.
  • Review purchase order amounts, service types, units, room numbers, pest types, and other work order details to ensure bookings are accurate.
  • Ask clients to send purchase orders by email when required, and determine whether a hard copy PO is needed before scheduling.
  • Check each client/company’s special instructions before booking service, since rules vary by account.
  • Communicate policies clearly and courteously to clients, including situations where service cannot be booked without required documentation.
  • Stay productive during high-volume periods by managing a busy inbox, incoming calls, and service requests so items are handled before the next business day.
  • Use basic Excel only when needed for simple reporting; advanced Excel skills are not required.

Team Collaboration:

Be an integral part of a growing pest control service team, supporting client communication, scheduling accuracy, and service request coordination while staying connected with the team through company communication channels.

Requirements

  • Detail-Oriented: Carefully reviews purchase orders, service details, room/unit information, pest types, amounts, and special account instructions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clearly communicates policies and procedures to clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Manages a busy inbox, incoming calls, and service requests to ensure timely and accurate handling.
  • Basic Excel Skills: Ability to use basic Excel for simple reporting.
