Job Title: Data Analytics Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: 6+ Month contract (CTH)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Senior/lead level resource to help unblock other analysts on the team, translate high-level strategic requirements to next steps for development.
• Producing dashboards, data sets, workflows.
• Taking on complex projects that junior level can't manage on their own.
• Lead complex analytics and reporting initiatives end to end, from problem definition and requirements through data modeling, validation, and delivery.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to align on goals, inputs, logic, and success criteria, applying business knowledge and retail context to translate strategic questions into clear, actionable analytical approaches and insights.
• Build and maintain high-quality, scalable reporting, governed data models, and critical business-facing dashboards across merchandising, marketing, inventory, and operations.

• Senior/lead level experience in data analytics.
• Ability to translate high-level strategic requirements to next steps for development.
• Experience in producing dashboards, data sets, and workflows.
• Ability to lead complex analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner with senior stakeholders.
