This strategic leader empowers girls and women by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts — working closely with Miss Hall’s alums across generations to understand their interests and philanthropic motivations and align with the MHS mission and priorities.

The Director of Philanthropy and Alum Engagement gets to know our graduates, creates meaningful opportunities for connection, and strengthens alum networks. In collaboration with the Advancement Team, they inspire involvement and cultivate a vibrant alum community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of fundraising experience
  • Demonstrated success in soliciting and closing gifts of $25,000+
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
