Talcott Mountain Science Center & Academy is seeking a highly motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Development & Alumni Manager.
The Development & Alumni Manager is a key member of the administrative staff, providing essential support to the organization’s fundraising and outreach efforts.
Across all departments, work at Talcott Mountain is defined by a commitment to innovation, mission-driven storytelling, and the cultivation of a vibrant, supportive community.
In this role, the successful candidate will oversee the success of a robust annual fund campaign, coordinate impactful fundraising events—including the annual Talcott Together dinner and auction—and collaborate on compelling grant applications.
Additionally, this position serves as the primary steward of the organization’s fundraising database and the lead coordinator for alumni engagement, ensuring that former students and families remain a vital part of our community.
