This is a Full Remote job available from Argentina. The role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for engaging potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for the sales leadership team. This role is crucial for driving growth by initiating high-quality conversations, generating a strong pipeline, and ensuring smooth handoffs to the sales team.

The location is fully remote, with working hours from 9 AM – 5 PM CST.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation:
    • Make outbound calls to U.S.-based executives (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, CEOs, Founders)
    • Lead concise, value-driven discovery conversations
    • Qualify prospects based on need, authority, timing, and strategic fit
  • Appointment Setting:
    • Schedule meetings for the sales leadership team
    • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the sales team
  • Objection Handling & Sales Progression:
    • Confidently handle objections and progress sales conversations

Requirements
