Some children arrive at our door carrying more than any child should have to carry. What happens next depends on the quality of the organisation that meets them - and the resources, relationships, and reputation that make that organisation possible.
Parkerville Children and Youth Care has spent 120 years building something worth resourcing. We support over 13,000 children, young people, and families each year across community, education, and corporate services. This role leads fundraising, philanthropy, marketing, and communications across two entities — Parkerville Children and Youth Care and Parkerville CYC Therapeutic Education Services, including Parkerville Grove School, which opens in July 2026.
It is a hands-on senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO - one that holds a substantial transformational philanthropy campaign that is developed alongside a growing general fundraising program and communications responsibility across both entities. Complex, meaningful, and genuinely consequential work for the right person.
What You'll Bring
If you are a builder - of income, of brand, of relationships - and you understand that the quality of the organisation that meets a child in need is what makes the difference, then we want to hear from you.
