The Director of Annual Giving will lead Marin Country Day School's Annual Giving Program as a strategic and community-centered advancement professional.

This leadership role is responsible for independently designing, directing, and evaluating the Annual Giving Program to achieve fundraising goals and advance the School's mission.

Marin Country Day School is an independent, K-8, co-educational school of approximately 600 students. Requirements

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Annual Giving Program.
  • Design and execute a comprehensive strategy to engage and solicit gifts from alumni, parents, and friends of the School.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, alumni, and community leaders.
  • Collaborate with the Advancement team to achieve fundraising goals and advance the School's mission.
  • Develop and manage a budget for the Annual Giving Program.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to the Asst. Head for Community Relations and Director of Development.
