Position Summary:
The Adelson School seeks a strong, mission-aligned Director of Preschool to lead our Early Childhood division (ages 18 months through Junior Kindergarten).
- This position reports directly to the Head of Lower School and serves as a key instructional and operational leader. The Director will work in close partnership with the Head of Lower School to ensure coherence, clarity, and excellence throughout the Preschool program.
Key Responsibilities:The Director of Preschool will:
- Oversee curriculum coherence across ages 18 months–JK.
- Ensure developmentally appropriate, skill-based instruction.
- Strengthen classroom culture and behavioral expectations.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate Preschool faculty.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Preschool division.
