Job Summary:

The Early Childhood Administrative Assistant will provide crucial administrative support to the Early Childhood Division Head and faculty, contributing to the success of the Early Childhood division which serves students ages 3-6.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Early Childhood Division Head, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondences.
  • Prepare and distribute division-related materials, announcements, and resources through school-approved portals.
  • Serve as point of contact for faculty, students, and parents, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Support Early Childhood Division Head and faculty with various administrative needs.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience in a school setting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
