Job Description

As an Early Childhood 5 Day Assistant at All Saints' Episcopal School, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential support to our early childhood students and educators. Your nurturing and engaging approach, along with your dedication to creating a positive learning environment, will ensure that our youngest learners have a strong foundation for their educational journey.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Lead teacher in preparing and delivering developmentally appropriate lessons and activities.
  • Support the implementation of the curriculum, helping students with tasks, activities, and projects.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation.
  • Provide individualized support to students as needed, including help with tasks, social interactions, and emotional well-being.
  • Encourage early literacy, numeracy, and social skills development.
