Requirements
Experience as a Middle School generalist teacher.
Ability to center teaching practice in curiosity, flexibility, imagination, and passion.
Capacity to build on the early foundations of the microschool program.
Openness to an iterative process and a wide range of pedagogies.
Ability to lead and support individual student's educational interests.
Capacity to create a cohesive and supportive cohort.
Ability to bridge resources available on campus to create a unique and enriching educational experience.
