The Associate Teacher Program places novice teachers in the elementary classroom (K-4) alongside experienced teachers to participate in all aspects of instruction, planning, and daily school life.
Associate Teachers receive broad support for personal and professional growth through regular meetings, extensive professional development opportunities, and immersive classroom experiences.
In addition to gaining experience at the elementary level, Associate Teachers can broaden their expertise and skills by leading after-school activities and coaching middle school athletics (grades 5-8).
