The Branson School is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support the school's financial leadership during a temporary period.
This role reports to the Head of School and offers an opportunity to partner closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the school's long-term financial sustainability and operational excellence.
The Interim CFO will oversee finance, budgeting, investments, financial aid, risk management, technology systems, food service, and other operational functions.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic and operational leadership of the school's financial functions.
Partnership with the Head of School and Board of Trustees to ensure long-term financial sustainability and operational excellence.
Overseeing finance, budgeting, investments, financial aid, risk management, technology systems, food service, and other operational functions.
Serving as staff liaison to the Finance, Investment, Audit/Risk Management, and Building & Grounds Committees of the Board.

Requirements
Experienced finance leader with a strong track record of strategic and operational leadership.
Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and boards to drive financial sustainability and operational excellence.
Strong financial management and analytical skills, with expertise in budgeting, investments, financial aid, and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and the broader community.
