Two shift options are available: evening hall service from 17:00 and morning prep work from 09:00, making it flexible for students, homemakers, and those with other commitments.
Shifts are submitted every 2 weeks on a self-reporting basis, and weekend availability is prioritised and rewarded.
Pay is handed over in cash and wages increase based on performance with a leader allowance also available.
