Work as a live-in resort staff at hotels and ryokan in the Gero Onsen area, Gifu, one of Japan's top three hot spring destinations.
Roles include cooking assistance, restaurant hall service, and event support. Actual work is 8 hours per day with shift rotation.
Some locations use a split shift: morning (6:30-10:30) and evening (17:00-21:00) with free time in between for sightseeing.
All living expenses covered: free housing, free meals, and travel costs to/from the resort fully paid.
Mini bonus available after 3 months. Monthly earnings of 246,400 yen possible. Over 700,000 yen in 3 months with zero living expenses.
Overtime, late night, and holiday premiums at 25% increase. Advance payment available from earned wages.
