This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Aeon Mall KYOTO, a popular udon restaurant chain located on the 4th floor of Aeon Mall KYOTO in Minami-ku, Kyoto City, just 5 minutes walk from Kyoto Station's Hachijo Exit.
Duties include udon preparation and cooking assistance, serving udon to customers at the counter, cooking tempura and onigiri, dishwashing, and hall cleanup - with each staff member starting in the role that best suits their strengths.
