Description

Work at Ibuki Udon Koenji Mashita store, a standing-style udon restaurant located directly under Koenji Station on the JR line in Suginami ward, Tokyo, serving hand-made udon with iriko broth from Ibukijima island.

Tasks span across the full restaurant operation including customer greeting, udon cooking assistance, tempura frying, register work, dishwashing, and store cleaning in an open kitchen setting.

Shifts are available from just 3 hours and 2 days a week with weekly schedule submission, and pay is calculated to the minute.

Staff of all ages from teenagers to those in their 60s are active here and full step-by-step training is provided for all new starters.
