Work at Ibuki Udon Koenji Mashita, a standing sanuki udon shop featuring iriko dashi broth and in-house noodle making, located right under JR Koenji Station in the elevated railway arches.
Duties include greeting customers, boiling udon, frying tempura (vegetables, shrimp, chicken), cashier (touch panel), dishwashing with dish machine, and store cleaning. Open kitchen face-to-face service.
Shifts available from 9:00 to 23:00. Weekly shift submissions with minimum 2 days per week and 3 hours per day.
Weekend/holiday rate: 1,350 yen+. Deep night after 22:00 at 25% premium.
Wages calculated by the minute. Staff meal at 120 yen. Hair style and color free. Rainy days no problem - right under the station.
