Work at a newly opening mentaiko (cod roe) cafe inside Tenjin Terura in Fukuoka Chuo-ku (Watanabe-dori 5-25-18), 4 minutes walk from Tenjin-Minami Station.
Opening staff! SNS-famous mentaiko set meals. Hall service + simple plating (minimal knife work). Limited daily servings - after sellout, shift to shop area for relaxed afternoon.
Week 3 OK. Time-short (9:00-15:00) also OK. Flat team (3 co-starters + manager). Brand new renovated space.
Duties: morning rice prep and hall setup, lunch service (take orders, serve, register, clear tables), simple food cutting and rice plating, after-sellout prep and shop area support.
Daily schedule with good rhythm.
Full: 9:00-18:00 (actual 8h, 1h break). Time-short: 9:00-15:00. Week 3-5 (including weekends/holidays). Long-term (start April 16). Step-up training from April. 4 staff per day (6 total). Almost no overtime.
