Work cleaning guest rooms at Toyoko INN Hakata-Ekimae Gion in Hakata-ku (Gion-machi 1-38), 1 minute walk from Gion Station (Airport Line).
Two roles: cleaning staff or sub-chief (with 1,200 yen/day chief substitute bonus). Speed-based raises. Week 3 OK. 4-hour short shifts OK. No customer contact.
Duties include guest room cleaning and bed making at business hotel. No customer-facing work required - focused cleaning only. Speed determines raises (rooms per time block).
Training 3 months at 1,120 yen (can shorten based on skill). Two shift options: 10:00-14:00 (4h) or 10:00-15:00 (5h). Minimum 3 days per week (weekend-only students also negotiable). Monthly shift submissions. No overtime. Bonus available.
Monthly examples: W-work parent week 3 x 4h = 58,560 yen. Sub-chief week 4 x 5h + chief bonus = 102,400 yen.
