The Senior Manager, AI Engineering, will provide strategic leadership and direction to 2 to 3 small, senior-caliber engineering teams operating in an AI-first development culture. This role manages 2–3 high-performing implementation teams of senior engineers who build, iterate, and ship using AI-assisted development as a standard practice.
The AI Engineering Lead will drive delivery against the product roadmap, making decisive scope and prioritization calls in partnership with Product Owners to ensure on-time execution. This role is critical to delivering client implementations and related new features at scale.
