Full Remote Web Designer

This is a Full Remote job, available from anywhere in Estonia.

The VA Group is looking for a Web Designer with strong experience designing high-converting landing pages and sales funnels for e-commerce and D2C brands. This role is ideal for someone who understands how great design supports conversion, can research competitor funnels, and can translate marketing goals into clean, strategic landing page designs in Figma.

What You'll Do:

• Research competitor websites, landing pages, and sales funnels to identify design trends, conversion strategies, and opportunities.
• Design high-converting landing pages and sales funnel pages in Figma.
• Create layouts that are visually appealing, conversion-focused, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design pages inspired by successful D2C and e-commerce funnels, including product pages, advertorials, listicles, and offer pages.
• Collaborate with the team to turn campaign objectives into polished landing page concepts.
• Build or support landing pages in various tools and platforms.

• Strong experience designing high-converting landing pages and sales funnels for e-commerce and D2C brands.
• Ability to research competitor websites, landing pages, and sales funnels to identify design trends, conversion strategies, and opportunities.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent design skills, with a focus on creating visually appealing, conversion-focused designs.
• Ability to collaborate with the team to turn campaign objectives into polished landing page concepts.
