The Librarian is responsible for all aspects of library programs and facilities and seeks to ensure that the library’s academic and technology resources complement, enhance, and extend the school’s educational program.
They will collaborate with Faculty and Staff to support the school’s mission, working to help instill integrity, a joyful pursuit of learning, and a strong work ethic in students.
Develop policies and programming that will establish standards for and definitions of information literacy and bolster support for library services that contribute to an information-literate student body.
Collaborate with academic departments on specific needs and growth opportunities.
Foster an environment of creativity and innovation, and a love of reading and learning.
Research and evaluate new and emerging information technologies.
Develop, acquire, and maintain a collection of resources appropriate to the curriculum, the students, the instructional strategies of the school's faculty.

Requirements
Master's degree in Library Science or related field.
Experience in a school library setting.
Strong knowledge of curriculum and instructional strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work with diverse populations.
