Experience Japan while working on a working holiday!
At a single-family home construction site, you will be involved in simple material delivery and construction work (supporting the framing of pillars and beams).
You will have the opportunity to experience traditional Japanese wooden construction, known as Zairai Koseki.
Zairai Koseki is a uniquely Japanese method of assembling houses using pillars and beams, with a history of over 1,000 years and used in approximately 80% of Japanese homes.
Working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an average work time of approximately 4.5 hours. You will be guaranteed a daily wage even if you finish early.
We have numerous sites in Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba, so you can work at a site close to your home with direct commutes.
You will work with a reliable leader, and we have a large number of international staff members. Working holidaymakers are welcome to work as long as they can speak English, and we have a training system in place, so even those with no experience can start with confidence!
