This role

Kickstart your sales career: $80k base, $137.6k OTE, 140%+ achievable.

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you’ll be working with our ANZ sales team and will be instrumental in shaping the growth of qualified leads and sales opportunities, directly contributing to our BHAG of revolutionising workforce management at Employment Hero.

This role can be based anywhere in Australia.

Your key focus areas will be:

  • Generating new sales opportunities through outbound sales efforts
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
  • Converting leads into sales opportunities and driving revenue growth
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of sales software and tools
  • High level of motivation and drive to succeed
