Lead Guides are responsible for leading high-energy workshops on public speaking, focus, and feedback, motivating students to hit every learning goal using real-time analytics, and coaching the Guides who work alongside them.
Responsibilities include:
Leading live workshops with students
Motivating students to hit every learning goal using real-time analytics
Coaching Guides who work alongside them
Reviewing performance data and identifying areas where a cohort is falling behind
Lead Guides work in a fast-paced environment, using real-time data to drive results and make a meaningful impact on students' trajectories.
