About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and performance-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) with strong expertise in Paid Media and SEO to manage client relationships, drive marketing performance, and support long-term account growth.
This is not a traditional support-focused CSM role. We need someone who already understands digital marketing strategy and performance metrics across PPC and SEO and can confidently lead client conversations without requiring training on core concepts.
You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, partnering closely with internal Paid Media and SEO teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable business results.
