Work hours: 8.30am to 5pm AEST
We require strong English communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media marketing or a similar role is required.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn is necessary.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions are required.
Creativity and ability to generate engaging content ideas are necessary.
The core responsibilities of this role include:
Implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video posts.
Managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and responding to inquiries.
Managing email, Facebook and LinkedIn communication sequences (e.g. Mailchimp).
Analyzing social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and campaign effectiveness.
