We are seeking an Upper School Mathematics educator with depth and breadth of content expertise to team with our Mathematics Department and support the academic and developmental work of our Upper School students through a Grade Level Academy Team.
Applicants should have experience with student-centered educational practices, a broad array of assessment strategies, and be comfortable teaching learners at all levels across multiple disciplines in Math (Algebra 1 through Calculus).
Applicants are expected to be proficient with various forms of communication and instructional technology. Applicants will also be expected to be involved with co-curricular activities and/or mentoring students.
In addition, we are seeking applicants with experience in service-oriented, project-based learning. A teacher in this role would be expected to design and implement multidimensional, collaborative, and differentiated learning experiences, while bringing an empathetic mindset to the learning process.
