Duties include visually inspecting plastic pieces coming off machine line and packing inspected products into boxes. Simple lightweight work.
3-shift rotation: day (7:15-16:00), evening (15:15-24:00), night (23:15-8:00). Cycle: 5 days day → 1 off → 5 days evening → 1 off → 5 days night → 2 off. Actual 8 hours, 1 hour break. No overtime. Long-term. OT/deep night: 1,938 yen.
