Duties include boiling udon, frying tempura, making dashi broth, washing dishes, cashier, and handing udon to customers. Learn from scratch with training.
Weekday hours 9:00-15:00, weekend hours 9:00-22:00. Flexible scheduling with short hours OK. High school students welcome (until 22:00).
Lunch premium (11:00-14:00): +100 yen/hour. Skill-based raises with clear benchmarks. Staff meals available.
