Work at Marugame Seimen Masa 21 branch on the 1F of Masa 21 shopping mall in Gifu City, about 15 minutes by bus from JR Gifu and Meitetsu Gifu stations. Get off at Masaki-Masa-mae bus stop.
Duties include taking udon orders at the counter, boiling noodles, serving over the counter, frying tempura, making onigiri, dishwashing with dish machine, and checking/restocking supplies.
Weekday hours 8:00-18:00, weekend hours 8:00-22:00. Weekly shift submissions with minimum 2 days per week and 3 hours per day. High school students welcome.
Wages calculated by the minute. Staff meal at 120 yen for 800 yen worth. Hair style and color free.
