Work as a kitchen staff member at a long-established sukiyaki-focused Japanese restaurant inside a department store in Shinjuku, Tokyo.
Duties include cooking sukiyaki and other Japanese dishes, preparing ingredients, making simmered and grilled dishes, slicing sashimi, and plating desserts.
Three shift patterns available: 8:30-17:30, 10:00-19:00, or 12:30-21:30 (8 hours each), 5 days per week.
The restaurant is just 3 minutes walk from Shinjuku-Sanchome Station.
No experience required with training provided. Those returning from career breaks welcome.
