## Job Description

You will be involved in all aspects of store operations, including front-of-house and kitchen duties.

Front-of-House Duties: Guiding customers, serving food and drinks, preparing monjayaki at tables

Kitchen Duties: Preparing food and drinks, plating, food preparation, dishwashing

Other Duties: Store cleaning, equipment management, etc.

## Skills and Experience Acquired

Even without prior experience, you can acquire a wide range of specialized skills, including:

• Culinary Skills: Knife skills, beautiful presentation, procurement and ingredient selection
• Specialized Knowledge: Knowledge of shochu, whiskey, liqueurs, spirits, and cheese
• Operations and Management: Service manners, menu development, management as a store manager candidate

## Salary and Benefits

Monthly Salary: ¥290,000 - ¥350,000 (+ overtime pay)

Bonus/Salary Increase: Available

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 18:00-27:00, Saturday, Sunday 17:00-27:00

Holidays: 9 days per month (shift system)
