Work at Nihonkai Shoya inside Isesaki Station, a refined izakaya specializing in fresh seafood and Japanese cuisine, just 1 minute walk from the station.
Hall duties include guiding guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks. A calm atmosphere unlike typical noisy izakayas.
Weekday lunch (11:30-14:00) and dinner (17:00-23:00). Weekend/holiday dinner only (17:00-23:00). Minimum 2 days per week and 3 hours per day.
Deep night after 22:00 at ¥1,329 yen (25% premium). Free staff meals: up to 1 meal for 4+ hour shifts, up to 2 meals for 8+ hour shifts.
No experience required. No resume required for interview. High school students welcome (until 22:00). Double work OK.
Learn seafood knowledge and customer service skills naturally. Path to full-time employment available.
