Warm interior. Sushi, tempura, and sake-pairing dishes.

Hall duties: serve customers, deliver sushi and izakaya dishes.
Kitchen duties: cooking assistance and dishwashing.
Monthly self-report shift. No training wage reduction. Minute-based pay calculation. Last train considered.
Operating 10:30-22:00 (Fri/Sat/holidays-eve until 5:00 next morning).
Minimum 1 day per week and 3 hours per day.
Deep night (22:00+): 1,375 yen.
Monthly shift submissions (20th-25th for next month).
