Duties include customer service, register operation, and baking sweet potatoes — simple, clearly structured work that beginners and those returning to work can pick up comfortably at their own pace.
Multiple shift options are available from morning to evening, and the store is well-suited to homemakers as most current staff balance work with family life.
Regular (more frequent) staff receive a higher base rate, and performance-based bonuses and busy-period allowances are also available.
