Rakuzo Utsunomiya Ikegami is a stylish izakaya located a short walk from Tobu Utsunomiya Station in central Utsunomiya.

Hall and kitchen staff work together in a friendly environment with flexible shift scheduling to suit students, freeters, and those balancing personal commitments.

Staff can work as little as 3 hours a day and 1 day a week, making it easy to balance work with studies or other activities.

Salary increases are available twice a year, and trainer status comes with an additional 300 yen per hour on top of the base rate.
