Duties include clearing tables, dishwashing, cashier operations, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes. Tasks divided into small efficient roles with thorough recipes and training.
Weekday hours 9:00-23:00, weekend/holiday hours 8:30-23:00. Weekly shift submissions with minimum 1 day per week and just 2 hours per day. Deep night after 22:00 at 25% premium.
